Personality: Teagan is soft spoken, kind Miltank who's only wish is to heal everyone. She spends most of her time in her home made infirmary-cum-milk parlor fixing everyone from small children to the elderly with her milk and caring hands. All of her milk is home made but no one has ever seem her make it so it is a bit of a mystery to others.
History: Teagan was born to Miltank and Tauros parents in the Ice Bay village and always told her that she could be anything she wanted to be. From a very young age she wanted to help others and always played the mum when with any of her friends. It wasn't long before she started to give her milk to friends and family who found it to be delicious and also to help their ailments heal quicker.
Thanks to how she was bought up with anything she ever wanted given to her she became quite squishy and she gained large breasts and a thin layer of fat that kept her warm against the ice cold winds of Ice Bay. Because of this she could wear thinner clothes and go out on long walks without feeling uncomfortable. She often went out and swam in the lakes around her house to burn off some of her fat.
